Every child moves at their own pace; the teacher shares progress at the end of term.

Make-up lessons
Tell us 24 hours ahead and get a make-up in the same term — up to 2 per term, subject to space.
Refunds
Pro-rata refunds within the first 2 weeks of term; after that, credit towards next term.
Drop-off & pick-up
Children go home only with adults named on the form. Someone new? Message us their name first.
Photos
We only photograph children with separate parental consent, never with full names — and you can withdraw any time.

Will it hurt their fingers?

Nylon strings are much softer than guitar strings. Fingertips may feel it a little at first; teachers build in breaks.
