What we collect
Parent's name, phone and email; the child's nickname and age; classes of interest; allergy information (if you tell us); and the adults allowed to collect the child. We never ask for a child's ID number through the website.
Children's data
Children's information is given and consented to by a parent or person with parental authority. For children under 10, consent from the person with parental authority is always required. [Check against the latest PDPC guidance.]
Photos and video
We only take and publish photos that may show a child with separate consent, never with full names. Withdraw any time via [channel]; we'll remove published images within [number] days.
Why we use it
To arrange trials, manage timetables, keep children safe and send studio news (only if you agree).
How long we keep it
